Role Overview & Career Trajectory
We are seeking a relationship-focused, growth-minded individual to join our team in a dynamic capacity:
- Phase 1 (Foundation): You will begin by managing and servicing an established, pre-made book of business. Your focus will be mastering our core operations—handling certificates of insurance (COIs), processing renewals, managing policy changes, and delivering top-tier service to our existing policyholders.
- Phase 2 (Growth): As you get comfortable with our accounts and agency systems, your role will evolve into an Associate Agent capable of writing new business, generating referrals, and growing your revenue.
You won't be thrown to the wolves; we provide the tools and day-to-day administrative backup you need to succeed at every stage.

Primary Responsibilities
- Policy Servicing: Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), process endorsements, review coverage, and assist clients with routine policy inquiries.
- Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal lifecycle for a designated book of business, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted point of contact for personal and commercial clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and coverage enhancements.
- New Business Production: Transition into actively quoting, presenting, and closing new business accounts through network outreach, agency leads, and client referrals.
- Team Participation: Collaborate closely with agency leadership to refine workflows, discuss strategy, and maintain our supportive culture.
