Key responsibilities and functional requirements include:
- Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership: Provides operational planning and forecasting and then develops, implements, and oversees the day-to-day field operations.
- Team Health & Talent Development: Responsible for the oversight and team health of a staff of 8 operational/project managers and 75 field employees. Provides Mentoring staff, designing training programs, and overseeing performance evaluation systems.
- Budgeting & Job Costs: Oversees project budgets and analyzes financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Policy & Compliance: Enforces company policies and ensures work compliance with regulatory standards.
- Relationship Management: Manages relationships with external customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
