JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have culinary experience.
Assist in conducting KPI testing of food loads. Design and complete recipe validation testing.
Support day-to-day testing of Food Scientists and Research Chefs.
Defines and implements quality control processes to measure product or service compliance to design specifications.
Creates and conducts sampling and testing procedures.
Prepare documentation of findings and recommendations.
Develop new processes and tools as needed to improve testing execution and impact.
Conduct hands on testing on products in Test Kitchen.
SKILLS:
Hands on culinary kitchen, or lab-based testing experience.
Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong communication skills and professionalism.
Experience in Food Science/Technology, Culinology, Culinary, or related fields.
