Job Description
AIM Medical Center – Internal Medicine is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations across our Loganville and Snellville locations. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with a strong medical office background who can lead administrative staff, ensure smooth clinic operations, and support providers in delivering high-quality patient care.
The Administrative Manager will travel between both locations as needed and serve as a key leader within our practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations at both medical office locations
- Manage and support front office, clinical support, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor office performance, productivity, and patient flow
- Address patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with providers and leadership on operational improvements
- Manage medical office systems, records, and reporting
- Ensure consistency of processes across both locations
Requirements
- Medical background required (experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting)
- Previous experience in medical office management or administration
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, insurance, and medical terminology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel regularly between Loganville and Snellville locations
- Proficient with EHR/EMR systems and standard office software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Internal Medicine or primary care setting
- Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with billing, coding, and insurance processes
