We are a shipping and mailing business who works with FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. We are looking for seasonal part-time or full-time help for our location in RSM, opportunity to get hired for permanent position. The position is for handling sales and service in our retail location and requires a positive, helpful attitude as well as being comfortable using computers, POS systems, and printers. We also offer notary, fingerprinting, printing, and mailbox rentals.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Strong professionalism and etiquette is a requirement.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance.
- Upsell complementary items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attractive product displays through ensuring shelves are well-organized and inviting, stock shelves efficiently, including mild cleaning duties
- Ensure compliance with store policies regarding cash handling, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Notary certified is highly recommended
- Honesty and integrity in handling customer transactions, mail confidentiality, and package receiving/handling
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math calculations.
- Organized and detail-oriented team player
- Computer and tech savvy, fast typer, familiar with printing/copying
- Strong communication skills in English
- Lift up to 25 pounds
