NOW HIRING – Postal & Shipping Center Associate
AIM Mail Center, Moreno Valley
We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member with an active Notary Public license to join our shipping and mailing center. This role is mostly customer service, shipping, and mail handling, not traditional retail sales.
What you'll do:
Assist customers with shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Process mailbox rentals and mail handling
Notarize documents accurately and professionally
Handle printing, copying, and packing services
Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter
Requirements:
Active California Notary Public commission (required)
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable with computer systems and shipping software
Experience with PostalMate or similar shipping software is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in shipping, postal, or customer service roles preferred
Full-time / Part-time available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
