Aim Higher ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. We are a small, supportive team that focuses on play-based, natural environment teaching (NET) and high quality, compassionate care.
We are currently looking for reliable RBTs for part-time, after-school hours, with some weekend availability.
This position requires working in client homes, so dependability and reliable transportation are required.

$24-$30/ hr

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as outlined in the treatment plan
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs exactly as written
- Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times
- Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA
- Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning
- Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs
- Part time
- After school hours (typically starting around 3 PM)
- In home
- Must have active Nevada RBT license
- ABA experience preferred
