Aim High Impact is a department of Aim High PDX, a 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to providing youth resources since 2003. Aim High Impact is a behavioral health clinic providing full-time, in-center Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism.

Qualifications
- BCBA license from BACB (required)
- Oregon BARB license (Aim High will certify those without)
- Master’s degree or Equivalent (required)
- 5 years of ABA experience
- Safety Care Certification (Aim High will train and certify those without)
- CPR / First Aid Certification (Aim High will train and certify those without)
- Supervision/Management Experience
- Experience with high-intensity and crisis behaviors
- Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities
- Strong collaborate with skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and strong character
- Ability to remain calm and apply problem-solving skills under pressure
- Access to a registered vehicle and a valid driver’s license, or a reliable alternative mode of transportation
Position Requirements & Duties
- Manage intake, assessment, and treatment plans for a caseload of 5-8 clients
- Record 30 billable hours per week
- Develop individualized programming based on client assessments, including Behavior Intervention Plans and exit plans
- Support skill maintenance and generalization programming
- Provide required supervision hours for staff and clients, ensuring proper documentation
- De-escalate clients and confidently lead staff during crisis situations to ensure safety
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and provide support to BTs/RBTs as needed
- Assist with the insurance authorization process by providing necessary information
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic and workspace
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client and staff interactions
- Deliver constructive feedback to employees, both verbally and in writing
- Ensure proper use of data tracking software and accurate session note documentation
- Provide direct client support when staff are absent, as needed
- Assist in employee performance reviews
- Collaborate with external providers by attending necessary client appointments and meetings
- Collaborate with management on staff professional development, training, and corrections as needed.
- Maintain organized client records and work closely with the insurance biller as needed
- Participate in team and school meetings as necessary
- Lead parent trainings and team meetings
