Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging recreational programs tailored to diverse age groups and interests.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Educate participants on the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere during activities.
- Coordinate special events, workshops, and competitions to enhance community involvement.
- Collaborate with local organizations to promote programs and increase participation.
