Onsite Coordinator
Location: Jackson Center, OH
Full-time | $17–$25/hr. OT | Benefits Included
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onsite Coordinator to support
our HR and operations team in Jackson Center, OH. This position is ideal for
someone who enjoys administrative work, process management, and ensuring
accuracy in documentation and compliance. The Onsite Coordinator will handle
a variety of HR and back-office administrative responsibilities to help maintain
efficient operations and compliant employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
�� HR & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with
company and legal requirements
Prepare and process employee changes such as new hire entries,
terminations, and updates
Assist with document collection, filing, and organization for audits or
compliance reviews
Support HR and operations with day-to-day administrative tasks, data
entry, and reporting
�� Onboarding & Compliance
Coordinate completion of pre-employment documents, background
checks, and onboarding forms
Ensure all new hire documentation (I-9s, E-Verify, tax forms, etc.) is
completed accurately and timely
Track compliance requirements including safety training and certifications
�� Payroll Coordination
Verify timesheets and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with
the payroll department
Maintain employee attendance and scheduling records to ensure accuracy
for weekly payroll processing
Assist with benefit enrollment documentation and updates
�� Reporting & Data Management
Generate regular HR and operational reports (headcount, onboarding
status, turnover, etc.)
Maintain data integrity across HR systems and spreadsheets
Support internal audits and provide requested HR data to management
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and
accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software
Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (ADP, Kronos, or similar) a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
