What You’ll Do Every Day
Patient Experience & Scheduling
- Welcome and check in patients, creating a calm, professional first impression
- Manage the schedule and coordinate with therapists throughout the day
- Convert new inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations
- Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and ensure plan-of-care completion
Insurance & Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations with accuracy
- Collect copays and payments while maintaining professionalism
- Clearly explain coverage, deductibles, and visit expectations to patients
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain accurate data entry in WebPT EMR and patient records
- Support documentation and communication with referring physicians
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and ready for growth
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 1–2 years of healthcare front office or patient care coordination experience
- Are confident with insurance verification, scheduling, and EMR systems
- Communicate clearly and kindly, both in person and by phone
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure

What’s In It for You
- Pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (no weekends)
