Position: Varsity Boys Baseball Coach
Stipend: $2,500 (Assistant); $3,500 (Associate Head) per season
Start Date: Spring 2025/26 Season - Off season Jan 2026, season begins Feb 2026. Job
Summary:
AIM Academy is seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant Coach or Associate Head Varsity Boys Baseball Coach to support and grow our rising Baseball program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to serve as an Assistant Coach or Associate Head Coach. A strong Pitching background and a good grasp of hitting technical experience are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Must be able to coach from 3:30 to 5:30pm Mondays to Thursday.
● Assist with practice planning, skill development, and team strength & conditioning.
● Mentor players across varied skill levels with positivity and high standards.
● Communicate effectively with players, families, and staff.
● Support off-season training and team-building (additional stipends possible).
● Collaborate with the Athletic Department and promote a positive sports culture.
Skills:
● 3 years Baseball coaching experience (high school, club, or college level is preferred).
● Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
● Creative, committed, and growth-minded coach.
● Passion for teaching basketball and developing student-athletes.
