At AiLO Logistics, we are building the future of transportation—smart, efficient, and people-focused.Position Summary:To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven dispatching experience in the transportation industry and must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects and deadlines.Essential Job Functions:Manage Logistics Gateway (USPS TMS) to ensure all load tenders are received, tracked, and vouchered for payment.Manage TMW to ensure all trips are generated, accurate, assigned, and dispatched to drivers accordingly.Monitor and enforce dispatch efforts to enforce Workflow Acceptance.Support drivers with In-Cab ELD devices & Tablets. (Troubleshooting).Comprehend Driver Schedules (communicating anomalies).Manage process of monitoring all trips for on time performance and communicating anomalies & delays.Manage process of reporting anomalies to respective manager/s for resolution.Manage Time & Attendance tool and enforce regulatory compliance.Manage Employee Callouts, Holiday Scheduling, & Recovery Processes.Late Slip Management Processes & Extra Slip Management Processes.Support Breakdown Response Time & Recovery.Manage Breakdown Protocol of reporting and logging purchase order (P.O.) needs for fleet repairs.Ensure Hotel & Accommodations are managed in a timely manner when applicable.Provide Training for new hires.Observe and report Property, Employee, Assets, & Cargo Safety & Security concerns.Manage the process for Accidents, Injuries, Breakdowns, & Recovery and update appropriate departments in a timely manner until resolved.Adherent to attendance policy.Remain vigilant for regulatory compliance and report opportunities to improve compliance.Required Skills and Competencies:2 years of experience in dispatching for a trucking company, required.Knowledge of DOT Regulation is preferred.Possess CDL, is a plus!Knowledge with TMW dispatch system, Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-keeping programs.Proficient problem solver, independent, and adaptive to a fast-paced dynamic business environment.Organizational skills to manage and work with multiple projects, tasks, and personnel.Active listener with excellent communication skills.Understands and speaks in English for both oral and written communications.Transportation Management experience preferred.Fast learner and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work.Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.Compensation:The pay is based on experience, $26.44 - $31.73. hourly and will be discussed during an interview.Benefits:Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.Company-provided cell phone & laptop.Life Insurance coverage.401(k) retirement plan.Vacation and Sick Pay.Employee Assistance Programs.Excellent opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing, innovation-driven logistics company.Join AiLO Logistics:This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of an evolving logistics leader.
