American Income Life is looking for motivated, approachable individuals to join our remote sales team. This opportunity is suited to people who enjoy connecting with others, explaining information clearly, and learning new skills. Training and ongoing guidance are available to support your development.

You will meet virtually with individuals who have requested benefit information, discuss their priorities, and help them understand insurance options that may fit their needs.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering commission-only compensation. No hourly wage or base salary is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with prospective clients and existing policyholders through incoming and outgoing calls.
• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments to review benefit options.
• Conduct Zoom consultations, explain insurance products, and respond to questions.
• Recommend coverage based on each client’s circumstances and priorities.
• Review additional coverage options with existing policyholders when appropriate.
• Prepare insurance applications and check submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and information required for underwriting.
• Keep client records organized and report daily activity.
• Participate in optional training to develop product knowledge and communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail may be useful, but it is not required. We welcome applicants from different professional backgrounds who are motivated to learn and provide attentive client service.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

A life insurance license is required before selling insurance. Applicants who are not licensed must obtain the appropriate license, and applicable licensing fees will apply.

Your Home Workspace

To work remotely, you will need a dependable computer, reliable internet connection, and a cell phone with unlimited long-distance calling. You must also have a suitable workspace for professional phone conversations and video appointments.
