Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Manage laundry operations efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with proper manual handling techniques.
- Use vacuuming, floor care, and other cleaning equipment to maintain pristine surfaces across all hotel areas.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, ensuring safety protocols are upheld during all cleaning activities.
- Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and ensuring all areas meet health regulations.
- Assist with hotel housekeeping management tasks as needed, supporting team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience within a hotel or industrial cleaning setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of floor cleaning, sanitation practices, and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely and effectively while understanding safety data sheets (SDS).
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management procedures and hospitality industry standards.
- Prior experience in hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is a plus.

Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour
