We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a medspa. You’ll play an active part in managing daily operations, supporting marketing efforts, and helping our team deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in, and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Coordinate and manage the daily appointment schedule
- Learn and support the overall operations of the facility, including inventory tracking and workflow coordination
- Create and schedule social media posts to highlight services, specials, and updates
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and registration information
- Assist with basic administrative and marketing tasks as needed
- Ensure the front area remains welcoming and organized
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior experience utilizing EHR Software Preferred
- multitasking and communication skills
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn
- Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail
