Job Title: Sales Associate (AI Solutions – Early Career)
About Us:
We are an AI-focused startup helping businesses adopt AI solutions and managed services. We’re building our sales function and looking for an early-career professional who wants to grow quickly in a hands-on, real-world sales role.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect new clients through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, light calling)
- Conduct local outreach by visiting businesses and introducing our services
- Attend networking events and represent the company
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings
- Learn how to communicate AI and service offerings clearly
- Track follow-ups and support the sales process
- Work directly with the founder and receive hands-on coaching
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon)
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Interest in AI, technology, or business
- Comfortable with outbound sales and in-person outreach
- Willing to attend local events and meet new people regularly
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Not afraid of rejection and willing to take initiative
- Self-motivated and coachable

Compensation:
- Base pay performance incentives
