This is a full-time hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Project Assistant will support project management teams by coordinating tasks, maintaining schedules, and assisting with project documentation. Primary responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing communication between stakeholders, organizing files and resources, and ensuring deadlines are met. The candidate will also support in developing reports and facilitating team meetings to align on project goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools, data entry, and maintaining documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software such as Trello or Asana
