We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Assistant for a full-time hybrid position based in Orlando, FL. The Account Assistant will support financial operations, including managing credit control, handling petty cash, and assisting with accounting tasks. This role also involves effective communication with team members and external partners to ensure smooth financial processes. While the role is based in Orlando, some remote work flexibility will be provided.
- Proficiency in credit control and managing petty cash for effective financial processes
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and related financial tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in financial operations and budgeting is advantageous
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficiency with relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
