SEEKING IMMEDIATE HIRES!
We are looking for responsible, caring, and up-beat people to work as Nursing Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. We have supportive staff, clean facilities, and a low staff to resident ratio. You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.
We have two locations, Aiea Heights Senior Living and Waialae Senior Living:
- Aiea Heights Senior Living is a 22-bed care home located near the top of Aiea Heights Drive in Aiea with a beautiful view of the ocean.
- Waialae Senior Living and Waialae Senior Living 2 are each 5-bed care homes located in town near UH Manoa. The care homes are located on different floors of the same building and the residents from the two homes interact with each other daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with residents and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Provide residents with companionship and friendship
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-Step TB clearance or Chest X-ray (with prior positive result)
- Fieldprint background check (criminal, adult protective services, and child abuse and neglect)
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Medical clearance (within the past 12 months)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
- One year experience with caring for elderly or disabled individuals
- Completion of Nursing Assistant training program/school with certificate of completion
WORKING HOURS
We have three shifts available for CNAs and NAs
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
12-hour shifts are also possible
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-time, or Casual (PRN)
PAY
- Starting at $16 per hour
- Time and a half on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Quarterly bonus for perfect attendance
