Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with the assembly of modular building components, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor, including loading/unloading, lifting , and moving materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect materials and finished products.
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
• Support skilled trades as needed.
• Perform 5S duties to maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor.
• Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
