The Associate Director of Operations contributes to AHF’s mission by delivering exceptional efficiency to the division. Will provide compliance (quality), risk management, and continuous improvement across PHD departments (Wellness, Testing, Finance, Research, Linkage, and FFH). In addition, will have an emphasis on Western Bureau Operations to provide further expansion on evaluation and process improvement. Will be critical to Fleet Operations. Lastly, will play a vital role in growth and maintaining a strong foundation for our team.
This role will nurture, develop, and implement operational strategies aligned by Director of Operations, division and company's goals. Will continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and savings. This position will assist Director of Operations by fostering collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation across the company.
The Associate Director of Operations contributes to the Public Health Division through leadership, solution driven, and team-oriented approach. This individual will help drive both internally and externally, our goals and objectives in order to meet our mission.
