This individual will play an integral part in the Center for Integrative Medicine at AIDS Care Group. They will provide nursing care, education, and coordination of health care services for patients with opiate use disorder.

ACG has a 35-hour work week. The shift is Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4PM.
Starting hourly rate is between $39 and $48.

- Greet and acknowledge all patients according to agency standards
- Receive, record and relay messages accurately, completely and legibly
- Speak with others using clear, professional and polite language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the ACG team to reach common goal
- Assess, screen, triage and perform treatment ordered for patients
- Prepare and administer medications
- Assist with examinations, procedures and other duties as needed
- Administer injections as ordered by the provider
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating the daily patient care flow as needed
- Proper, concise, and complete EMR documentation and/or paper-based documentation for all assessments and procedures
- Develop a patient data base through interview, physical assessment, and psychosocial assessment
- Develop a plan consistent with the goals of the treatment team
- Prioritize care for patients
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure
- Dedicated clinical work experience
- Experience working with patients undergoing Medication Assisted Treatment
- Experience working in an outpatient / office-based care setting
- Availability for evening hours as needed
- Working knowledge of computerized information systems (EMR) used in clinical management settings
- Experience with venipuncture and lab specimen collections
- Must be able to comfortably work with people of all lifestyles
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
