About the RoleAiDot Smart Home is a global smart lighting company focused on bringing high-quality, innovative products to international markets through strong brand building and cross-border e-commerce.
We are looking for a Brand Supervisor with a strong integrated marketing mindset, creative content capabilities, and hands-on PR/media experience to join our Brand Communications team. This role will play a key part in building brand awareness and influence in global markets, especially in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns- Plan and execute integrated campaigns including product launches, e-commerce promotions, influencer/celebrity collaborations, product placements, NGO partnerships, and brand co-marketing initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on target
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CES (Consumer Electronics Show) participation, including booth design, production, and on-site operations
- Manage logistics such as product shipping, team travel, media outreach, and event scheduling
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Organize and manage pre-launch product testing programs, gather user feedback, and support product optimization
- Define and articulate key product USPs and develop marketing materials such as review guidelines, messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, and FAQs
- Lead creative production projects, including developing creative briefs and managing photo/video shoots
- Oversee the production of high-quality visual and video assets aligned with brand positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, especially in the U.S. market
- Plan and execute PR initiatives including product reviews, press coverage, and media collaborations
- Track and optimize performance metrics such as media placements, impressions, backlinks, traffic, and CPM
- Develop and distribute PR materials including press releases, sponsored content, press kits, and story pitches
- Identify and apply for relevant industry and media awards to enhance brand credibility
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, PR, or integrated marketing
- Experience in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or cross-border e-commerce is a strong plus
- Fluent in English as a working language, with strong writing and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the full brand communication ecosystem: Product Content Campaign PR
- Hands-on experience with PR and media strategy, with a good grasp of the PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned media)
- Strong content and storytelling ability, capable of independently developing creative briefs and messaging frameworks
- Experience with global trade shows such as CES or IFA is highly preferred
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, MidJourney, Xmind, etc.
- Experience using media databases or PR platforms is a plus
- Highly self-motivated with strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, and cross-cultural environment
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
- Overseas study or work experience
- Familiarity with smart lighting, IoT, or smart home industries
- Existing U.S. media relationships in smart home/consumer tech
- Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2) with availability for international travel (e.g., CES)
