Guest Service Agent

Aiden by Best Western Flagstaff is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused team member to join our hotel team. This is a versatile hospitality position where you’ll have the opportunity to work across the hotel’s front desk, bar, and café, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can stay calm and positive in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing great service. If you’re personable, reliable, and enjoy making guests feel welcome, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out of the hotel and assist with reservations
• Answer questions about the hotel, local area, and guest services
• Handle guest requests and concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest's stay
• Work in the hotel bar, preparing and serving beverages and providing attentive service
• Assist with café operations, including taking orders, preparing or serving food and beverages, and keeping the area clean and inviting
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Communicate with other team members to help ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Follow hotel procedures and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Help wherever needed to support the team and our guests

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable multitasking and switching between different responsibilities
• Previous hotel, restaurant, café, or bartending experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
