Being a Transportation Support Professional has great Advantages:
As a Direct Support Professional at Aide Assured, you will work directly with one individual at a time based on a caseload that you choose in assisting pickups and drop offs at locations in the individual's community. Most common shift are early morning pickup/drop off and afternoon pick up/drop off at educational programs. Perfect for someone that has a day shift or works remote.

· Reliability and empathy in providing the service of transportation
What other roles can Transportation Support Professionals do:
Opportunity to for hourly cross functional roles to assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills / personal care (may include assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding)
· Utilize curated plans to assess an individual's needs
· Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities
· Foster a meaningful and empathetic relationship between the individuals and their community
The IDEAL candidate will:
· Be 18 years of age or older (required)
· Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
· Have own vehicle with all insurance
· Have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 points
· Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a caretaker is preferred but not required
· Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
How we pay:
A blend of distance and time is factored in for each case which will be negotiated with the candidate on a case-by-case basis for pick-ups and drop-offs
