What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Engagement Manager position at AID of Indiana?

Responsibilities:
Reports to Community Engagement Director
Ensure trainings are done and kept up to date for staff including but not limited to: PCISP,
Therap, annual, behavior, and Relias.
Serve as the first line of communication for all CES/PCG.
On-call weekend rotation as needed on the Community Side as well as Residential as needed.
Attend Quarterlies/Annuals via zoom or in person. If unable to attend, coordinate with CED
Scan new hire paperwork/all necessary documents onto the drive in a timely manner.
Maintain FSW portion of the drive. Keep it up to date and accurate and easily accessible for HR.
Maintain, regulate, and monitor therap, relias, and Paycom upkeep and operations for the
Community Department.
Ensure staff are current on all HR documents before they start working.
Teamwork and collaboration with nursing department as needed for FSW clients that receive
wellness.
Respond to emails within 24 hours. The following Monday after the weekend.
Assist and implement disciplinary/training actions as needed with HR and CED.
Participate in the hiring/scheduling process.
Making sure all new hire information is current and up to date.
Upload Therap reports monthly.
Completes payroll for the previous week every Monday.
Spreadsheet tracking and recording completed daily.
Communicate with families and clients at a minimum of once per month
Track all referrals via email and communication with the intake and development team.
Ensure all CES & PCG staff have Therap, Paycom, and Relias accounts and know how to access their
Scomms.
Ensure that all CES & PCG staff are aware of their monthly hour allotments and that staff are not
exceeding their allotments
Ensuring all community mileage is turned in on the 10th of every month with copies placed in
the Executive Director's & CED's mailbox
Reports to Community Engagement Director
Must be able to lift 50lb
Must demonstrate AID Mission Statement and culture
Update all NOA’s changes received on the administrative spreadsheet within 48 hours of receiving them.
Attend Meet and Greets as for potential Community clients.
All other duties assigned
Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED; Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; Management experience; Valid Driver’s License; Current Auto Insurance.
