Job Description:
Process Weekly Payroll and Expense Reports
Process New Hire Paperwork/Terminations
Maintain Employee Records in Payroll System
Assist Controller with Medical Benefits Reporting
Data Entry, Mail Processing, Scanning/Filing
Miscellaneous Tasks as Needed
Greet Customers and Answer Phone
Billing Customers
Posting payments to Customer Accounts
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail a MUST!
Basic Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong Organization and Time Management
Ability to Multitask and Prioritize
Strong Verbal and Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Must be Reliable
Payroll-1 year (Preferred)
