Required Skills and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration duties, including order processing, problem solving, RMA returns, account receivables, and logistics
- Managing project schedules and timelines with the product manager and production team
- Process sales orders and perform inventory checks on the ERP system in a timely manner
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems within a timely manner
- Follow up with vendors on shipment schedules, quotations, and inventory checks
