Requirements
- Experience in proposal and or grant writing
- Strong visual sense and graphic design ability
- Architectural office experience or training preferred but not required
- Experience in business development
- Effective written and spoken communication skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude: you will be working in a team environment
- InDesign/ Adobe Creative Suite required
- Bluebeam Revu preferred
- MS Office
- Revit or CAD not required but encouraged
- Experience maintaining a website with Wix, or another website builder, not required but encouraged
- Experience with AIA Contract software would be an asset
- Flexible and supportive work environment
- Room for advancement
- Potential for hybrid work arrangements
- Potential for part-time or full-time position
