Description

AIA Minnesota is seeking to contract with a project manager for 4-8 hours per week at a rate of $60/hour. Work would commence in mid- to late-July 2026 for a one-year period, potentially renewable for an additional 6-12 months. The focus of the work would be the organization’s Next Gen Initiative – an effort to strengthen the ecosystem of mentorship, community, and resources supporting Emerging Professionals in architecture.

Work direction would be provided by the AIA Minnesota Executive Vice President (and the Deputy Executive Director in their absence) and would involve ensuring various working groups, committees, and stakeholders involved in the Next Gen Initiative are supported in their efforts, and that the overall array of efforts are coordinated in their timing and aligned in purpose and process.
