Title: Architectural Revit Technician

Location: 1720 NE Madison St Minneapolis, MN 55413

Pay: $63,200 – $89,850

Brand new opportunity now available for an Architectural Revit Technician to join a growing design team! This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial and institutional projects while collaborating with experienced architects, project managers, designers and in-house engineers. What You’ll Work On

Build your resume by working on a project portfolio that includes:

• Healthcare
• Multifamily
• Retail
• Hospitality
• Civic and government
• Corporate and workplace

• Large-scale commercial projects
  
  

You’ll contribute to projects of varying sizes and complexity while gaining exposure to multiple building types and project phases.

What You’ll Do

• Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
• Create and maintain detailed BIM models
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines
• Support Project Architects and Project Managers throughout project delivery
• Incorporate design revisions and consultant coordination
• Assist with permitting and construction document packages
• Participate in QA/QC and drawing coordination
• Help resolve documentation and coordination issues
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re Interested In Architectural Professionals Who Enjoy The Technical And Production Side Of Architecture And Want To Contribute To a Variety Of Projects. Ideal Experience Includes

• Architectural drafting, design or production experience
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience developing architectural construction documents
• Understanding of architectural detailing and building systems
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and other disciplines
• Commercial, institutional or other building project experience is beneficial
