Project Architect/ Senior Designer
Full-time / In-person
We’re a small, design-focused architecture studio committed to modern work rooted in craft, materiality, and context. While we’re based locally, our projects take us all over the country—from tight city lots to expansive remote landscapes. We’re looking for a Project Architect to join our team—someone with strong design sensibility, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset. This role has room to grow into a design lead or associate-level position, depending on experience and initiative.
The Role
You’ll lead projects from early concept through construction, managing timelines, consultant coordination, and client relationships. As a small office, we work closely together—this role offers hands-on involvement in everything from design development to site visits. Our work ranges from custom residential to design-forward commercial projects, all with an emphasis on detail, buildability, and material expression.
What We’re Looking For
– 8 years of experience in an architecture office, preferably including built work
– B.Arch or M.Arch degree
– Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong communication and project management skills
– Experience with consultant coordination and construction administration
– A thoughtful approach to materials, detailing, and the craft of building
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a design-led environment
