We are an early-stage, small startup seeking a highly experienced, casual US Tax Accountant (or CPA/Enrolled Agent) to manage the complex annual tax and compliance requirements for our US business entities: a C-Corporation (INC) and a Foreign-Owned LLC (Disregarded Entity), both domiciled in Nevada.
This is a contract role that requires autonomy and specialized expertise in high-stakes US business compliance and reporting.
- US Federal Reporting:
- Prepare and finalize complex annual corporate tax returns for the C-Corp.
- Prepare and finalize complex annual information returns for the foreign-owned LLC.
- Consult on required documentation for related-party and international transactions.
- State Compliance:
- Manage all necessary tax and administrative filings for US entities in Nevada to maintain good standing.
- Advisory:
- Advise on current-year financial reporting for complex corporate structures.
- Provide support for high-stakes US compliance scenarios.
- Certification: Must be a licensed US CPA or Enrolled Agent with specialized business tax experience.
- Specific Experience: Mandatory experience preparing complex US tax and information reporting forms for foreign-owned entities.
- State Compliance: Proven expertise in managing tax and administrative filings for business entities registered in Nevada.
- Risk Management: Direct experience dealing with high-stakes US compliance scenarios.
