We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources Manager to lead and support key HR initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping create an employee experience that is engaging, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, benefits administration, and HR operations.

What You Will Do
- Lead and manage Human Resources programs, policies, procedures, and day to day HR operations
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on performance management, investigations, corrective action, and workplace concerns
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support staffing and workforce planning efforts while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition on hard to fill and strategic positions
- Oversee onboarding, employee development, training initiatives, and leadership support programs
- Support compensation and salary administration activities
- Manage benefits administration and employee communications related to available programs
- Administer HR processes related to payroll changes, payroll deductions, HR invoices, and SCA benefit calculations
- Provide guidance and oversight related to Service Contract Act requirements and labor compliance
- Support affirmative action and other compliance related initiatives
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and HR systems to support business operations
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ten (10) years of related Human Resources experience OR Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of related experience
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Ability to obtain unescorted access to government contractor facilities and maintain all required government authorizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred
- Experience supporting government contractors or regulated environments
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP
- Experience supporting union workforces and Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Experience with Service Contract Act administration
- Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require
