Education: High School Diploma or GED
Months/Years of Experience: Seven (7) years of applicable experience supporting engineering, design, or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or three (3) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and 4 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; and the following additional requirements:
propellants through the use of Level A protective suits and respiratory protection.
maintenance and experience with a focus on propulsion systems and possess a valid FAA
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
radio frequency transmissions/telemetry/avionics.
drafting or computer aided design (CAD) or equivalent military training and 5 years of applicable
experience.

safety. Working as Assistant Range Safety Officer brings on the ability to research, analyze, and
apply safe operating procedures - knowledge and experience in military weapons/missile
systems/and lasers. Must have experience in applying Operational Procedures, Policies, and
SOP's.

- Nondestructive Test (NDT) Technician – Must be certified (or capable of being certified within
- Environmental Systems Mechanic – Must possess EPA approved certification in proper
- Liquid Propellant Handling Technician – Must possess Hazardous Waste Operations and
propellants through the use of Level A protective suits and respiratory protection.
- Aviation Propulsion Technician – At least 6 years of the 7 years of experience must include
maintenance and experience with a focus on propulsion systems and possess a valid FAA
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Telemetry Technician – At least 6 years of the 7 years of experience must include supporting
radio frequency transmissions/telemetry/avionics.
- Designer – At least 6 years of the 7 years of experience must include electrical/mechanical
drafting or computer aided design (CAD) or equivalent military training and 5 years of applicable
experience.
- Mechanical – At least 6 years of the 7 years of experience must include successful completion
years of experience in mechanical fabrication and structural/fixture setup supporting engineering
or testing of military hardware.
- Instrumentation – Experience must include successful completion of sixteen (16) weeks of
years of experience in electronics/instrumentation supporting engineering or testing of military
hardware.
