Operations & Programs Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

AI-Powered Women | 20–30 Hours/Week | $20–30/Hour

AI-Powered Women is hiring.

We're looking for a highly organized, entrepreneurial Operations & Programs Manager to help us scale a rapidly growing global platform focused on AI, leadership, workforce transformation, and women shaping the future of work.

This is a fully remote position working approximately 20–30 hours per week, with availability during core collaboration hours of roughly 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.


About AI-Powered Women

AI-Powered Women is a rapidly growing global leadership platform helping women build practical AI capability, human-centered leadership skills, and workforce readiness for the AI era.

Through our MIT conference, global learning academy, certification programs, enterprise partnerships, and expanding city chapter network, we're building the infrastructure women need to confidently navigate one of the most significant workforce transformations in history.

In the past month alone, we've launched 22 city chapter leaders across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, creating a growing international community of executives, founders, researchers, policymakers, innovators, and changemakers.

We are an early-stage startup entering an exciting phase of growth as we expand our products, enterprise offerings, certifications, conferences, and international operations.


About the Role

You'll work directly with our founder and leadership team across multiple areas of the organization, helping create structure, drive execution, and keep important initiatives moving forward.

You'll touch nearly every aspect of the business, including:

  • Conference planning and operations
  • Speaker, sponsor, and partner coordination
  • Community and city chapter support
  • Program and certification administration
  • Project management and process improvement
  • Executive support and strategic initiatives
  • Social media and communications support
  • AI-enabled workflows and operational systems

No two days look exactly the same.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building, solving problems, creating order from complexity, and contributing to work that has meaningful impact.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $20–30/hour based on experience with lots of room to grow
