Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to meet performance goals.
- Develop and manage the annual service budget and growth plan.
- Schedule, prioritize, and oversee all trailer repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain high service quality, accuracy in work orders, and timely billing.
Customer Relations
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Visit customer sites to assess service needs and ensure satisfaction.
Shop Management
- Manage shop tools, equipment, and safety programs.
- Oversee manufacturer warranty programs and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Manager or in trailer/vehicle maintenance operations.
- Proven record of growing a service department and leading teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with computers, reports, and office documents.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb around, on, and under trailers.
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting (up to 70 lbs).
- Vision and manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
- Ability to operate forklifts, yard trucks, and welding tools (training provided).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
