AI Med Consult is a rapidly growing health-tech company using AI to drive high-value patient acquisition and revenue growth for medical and aesthetic practices.

We’re not a typical marketing company, we directly impact qualified pipeline, booked procedures, and revenue visibility.

We’re hiring a Senior BDR to help us scale faster.

This isn’t just another outbound role.

You will:

• Directly influence new revenue growth
• Work closely with leadership
• Help build the sales engine of a scaling AI company

• Prospect within targeted medical and aesthetic markets
• Qualify leads and identify strong-fit opportunities
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Clearly communicate AI Med Consult’s value
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging and targeting

• 15 qualified, attended meetings per month
• Contribute to 4 new customers monthly
• Build a consistent, predictable pipeline

(These are non-negotiables — we’re building a performance team)

• OTE: $75,000 – $90,000 (uncapped)
• Base salary commission bonuses
• Performance bonuses:
• $2,000 per 20 new customers closed
• Presidents Club eligibility

• Proven BDR or SDR experience
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup
