About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a Teller to join their Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will play an essential role in serving the local community by assisting customers with their everyday financial needs, processing transactions efficiently, and promoting digital banking solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Engage with customers to promote digital banking tools and refer them to appropriate banking professionals.
• Maintain compliance with established company policies, procedures, and risk management standards.
• Identify potential fraud or high-risk activities and take timely action to prevent loss.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating care, professionalism, and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer interaction experience (e.g., banking, retail, or related fields).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accuracy, and handle multiple priorities.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including most Saturdays.
