Key Responsibilities:
- Execute visually appealing and balanced merchandise displays under the direction of visual leadership
- Re-merchandise displays, signage, and seasonal layouts to optimize product visibility and sales
- Coordinate incoming product placement, tagging, and store recovery processes
- Maintain store aesthetics, lighting, and fixture standards for a consistent brand experience
- Mentor store staff on basic merchandising principles and visual standards
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth visual transitions and showroom readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of visual merchandising or retail display experience
- Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
