About the Role

Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst – Regional Finance, where you’ll play an important role in supporting financial management through the development of meaningful reports, data analysis, and interpretive insights. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director, you will contribute to budgeting, productivity tracking, capital management, and financial reporting that drive informed decision-making and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director to support financial planning and reporting activities across the region.
• Develop, prepare, and interpret financial and statistical reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of quarterly regional budgets.
• Maintain capital tracking systems and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Manage productivity reporting, identify performance trends, and assist department leaders in developing corrective action plans.
• Monitor and report abnormal variances, providing clear interpretation and recommendations.
• Support month-end financial reporting and statistical analysis for the region.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality policies.
• Promote the organization’s values and actively contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
