About the Role:
As a Manufacturing and Distribution Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality home furnishings to customers across the country. This position offers hands-on experience in production, logistics, and quality assurance while allowing you to grow through structured training programs and skill-building opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and refine furniture pieces to ensure top-tier quality.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to production standards.
- Maintain organized, clean, and ergonomic work areas.
- Conduct quality checks and collaborate with teams for repairs and refinements.
- Document production data accurately using digital or manual tracking tools.
- Handle and transport products safely using industrial vehicles and equipment.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate material flow within the facility.
- Package and prepare items for shipment while maintaining product integrity.
- Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs (and occasionally up to 250 lbs).
- Comfortable operating hand tools and machinery with strict attention to safety.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
