**About the Role**
We are seeking a Head of Content to take charge of all content creation for AI Hub and the founder's personal brand. This role involves building a strong presence on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X through content that explains, showcases, and explores AI, automation, and related subjects.
Initially, you will operate as a one-person team, managing the entire process which includes research, writing, filming, editing, publishing, and scheduling. The main focus will be on producing engaging and consistent content about AI. While knowledge of AI is not a requirement, it will be a significant advantage.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and produce content about AI, automation, and other related business topics.
- Write articles, newsletters, and long-form posts for AI Hub and personal platforms.
- Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage content calendars and scheduling across all social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop voice, style, and strategy.
- Track performance metrics and make adjustments to drive growth.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in content creation for multiple platforms (both video and written).
- Strong writing skills in English; knowledge of Latvian is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate video editing and design skills.
- Ability to independently manage a diverse workload.
- A portfolio showcasing past content (video and/or writing).
- A curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn (existing knowledge is a strong advantage).
