Role Description


This is a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focused on generating new business opportunities across the U.S. real estate market.


You will identify and engage estate agencies, brokerages, property developers, and real estate businesses through outbound outreach including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic follow-up campaigns.


You will qualify leads, book meetings for senior consultants, maintain CRM records, and contribute directly to revenue growth.


This role suits a commercially driven individual who is confident in outbound sales and excited by AI technology, automation, and high-growth environments.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new real estate business opportunities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on growth strategy
  • Provide market feedback and prospect insights


Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Real estate, SaaS, PropTech, or AI industry experience is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
