Position Summary
The Part-Time Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution across digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content including posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist with SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Support product launches, trade shows, promotions, and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with content creation and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- BS degree in Market is a Plus
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in food, tech, or AI-related industries
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and content partnerships
- Basic video editing skills
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
