- Build dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs

- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
