Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Lending Specialist. The Lending Specialist will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting underwriting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include maintaining clear communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering guidance on loan options to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Experience in Underwriting and evaluating loan applications
- Knowledge of Finance and Loans, including regulations and best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with lending software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Previous experience in financial services or lending is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is a plus
