Role: Python AI Developer
Location: NYC, NY/Irving, TX (Final in-person Interview mandatory)
Banking/Finance Domain is Mandatory

Salary Range is Max $120-125K Per Annum Benefits
- 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python and relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Strong programming experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and context management.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Experience working with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform AI and cloud services, preferably Azure OpenAI in an enterprise environment.
- Good understanding of ML lifecycle, model evaluation, AI/LLM evaluation techniques, and MLOps concepts.
- Experience with SQL, databases, data processing, and integration with enterprise data sources.
- Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Banking services or other regulated environments is a plus
