Responsibilities
- Processes titles, registrations, and licensing paperwork for UTVs
- Prepares and submits title applications, transfers, lien documentation, and registration materials in accordance with state regulations
- Coordinates with state agencies, lenders, and internal departments to resolve related title or registration issues
- Tracks title and registration status and follows up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Maintains accurate records and organized files related to titles and licenses
- Ensures compliance with dealership policies and state requirements related to UTV transactions
- Supports customer outreach for mass channel equipment sales and processes related documentation and accounting entries
- Accurately and timely updates equipment location as requests are submitted
- Posts daily banking transactions
- Assists with various accounting entries
- Creates, formats, and prepares news articles for various departments for publication on the internal website
- Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior administrative and accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
